If after the examination and treatment of infertility remained unsuccessful as well. Infertile couples may resort to adoption or reproductive engineering which is the final solution of the treatment of infertile couples. Several kinds of reproductive engineering are:
Artificial insemination: sowing spermatozoa into the reproductive tract husband and wife. There are 5 kinds of insemination are: Intravaginal insemination: sperm spread into the vagina. Paracervical insemination: spermatozoa sown into the top of the dome of the vagina called the fornix. This section surrounding the cervix so it is very close to the outer mouth of the womb (cervix eksternum). Intraservikal Insemination: sperm is inserted through the mouth outside the uterus and placed in the cervical canal (cervical canal). Intrauterine insemination: spermatozoa that have been selected and filtered out of the womb is inserted through the mouth and placed deep inside, so inside the uterine cavity near the mouth of the oviduct (tubal ostium internum). Intraperitoneal insemination: spermatozoa that have been selected and filtered through a copy is inserted at the top of the dome of the vagina directly into the abdominal cavity (peritoneal cavity). Tandur-gamete intra-fallopian transfer (TAGIT), namely the transfer of seed (eggs and spermatozoa) into the fallopian tubes via laparoscopy. Tandur-pronuklei intra-fallopian transfer (TAPIT), which is fertilization outside the body (ekstrakorporal) with pronuklei transfer into the fallopian tubes via laparoscopy. Tandur-zygote intra-fallopian transfer (TAZIT), which is fertilization outside the body by removal of fertilized (zygotes) into the fallopian tubes via laparoscopy. In vitro fertilization (FIV) or IVF, fertilization outside the body with penandur-over of the embryo into the uterine cavity surface film with the help of a small cannula through the cervical canal.
