Dr. Jeremy Spencer, from the Department of Food Bioscience at the University of Reading says, "Scientists have long known the potential and benefits of these foods for health."
"Our study provides scientific evidence shows that blueberries aregood food and the proven potential to increase memory capacity."
Jeremy mentions that the findings are published in Free RadicalBiology and Medicine, the Journal will continue to the next level toexamine the effects of individual flavonoids in those who haveweak memory and possibly Alzheimer's.
